How do I know which class to attend?
The beginners class is specifically designed for those who have never meditated before and want to learn about it. Meditation in the beginners class is guided by the instructor.
The intermediate class will not have instruction on how to meditate unless there are questions about refinement, and includes a 30 minute silent meditation. The focus of the intermediate class is on self-inquiry, for those who are actively seeking the truth of their being. It may also include a short talk on relevant topics, or be primarily student questions to the teacher.

Other info:
All faiths and beliefs are welcome. This class is non-denominational and all-inclusive. Please dress comfortably. Cushions and chairs are available, as well as pillows and blankets – bring a yoga mat if it is medically necessary for you to lie down to meditate.
The goal of this class is to assist attendees with being able to explore and deepen their inquiry into the nature of truth/being. Previous experience is not required, but if you have questions about whether this class is right for you, please contact me.
As with any group setting, confidentiality of personal information shared in class cannot be guaranteed, but respect for the privacy of others is strongly urged. Please refrain from advice giving when attendees ask questions, to respect the sacred space for the seeker to sit with the question and/or interact with the teacher.
This is a safe space for all earnest inquiries into mindfulness, meditation, and the nature of being. Those who have the courage to ask and explore honest questions that reflect where they really are in their journey will gain the most from the class.
To help make the most of this sacred time and space for yourself and others, please allow yourself to arrive at least 5 minutes early so you can have time to get settled, use the restroom, get tea, etc. Sometimes delays are inevitable. If you arrive late, please silence all electronic devices and enter as quietly as possible.
For the comfort of attendees who may be sensitive to chemical scents, please also refrain from wearing perfume or fragrances to class, and be aware that fabric softeners, air fresheners and cigarette fumes are also a problem in a small room for those with sensitivities.
Live meetings and recordings of some meetings are available through YouTube or Google Hangouts. Contact me to let me know if you plan to attend virtually so I can make sure this option is available and I will know to watch for your questions or comments.
